The savings can be remarkable. In our experience, consolidation of maintenance contracts provides annual savings of between 15 and 40%. 
We provide the following services to accomplish this task:
  • Gather current contract data from individual locations applying to all locations, to the extent possible
  • Write maintenance and terms specifications 
  • Create a request for proposal for qualified national companies
  • Assemble bid results and write recommendation report to the owner/manager
  • Manage transitions from one vendor to another

What Makes Us Different

Often, consultants come in, study the situation, create a plan, present it to the client and leave. The implementation of the plan is then left to the client.

The DES method is to stay with the project from beginning to end and actually provide the implementation of the plan, which we create with input from our client.We then continue to monitor the progress over time. We can provide a fixed fee cost for this on-going service. Past experience shows that our services more than pay for our costs  with savings generated from this support.
